Booking Terms & Conditions

Table Duration

All reservations are allocated a maximum dining time of 90 min to ensure

all guests can enjoy their visit.

 

Late Arrival

Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time.
If you arrive later than this, your table may be released to other guests.

 

Seating Requests

We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, however specific tables

cannot be guaranteed.

 

Group Bookings

For groups of 10 guests or more, reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

A $100 deposit is required to secure the booking.

The deposit will be refunded on the day of your reservation upon arrival.

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the reservation.

Additional guests cannot be guaranteed on the day.

Large groups may be seated across multiple tables depending on availability.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us as early as possible.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future reservations.

 

Minimum Order

To ensure fair use of our limited seating, each guest is expected to make a purchase

during their visit.

 

Weekend Reservation Priority

During busy weekend periods, priority may be given to guests ordering food from our menu.

 

Outside Food Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of celebration cakes by

prior arrangement.

A cakeage fee of $1 per person will apply for externally supplied cakes.

 

Busy Periods

During busy periods, tables may be required back at the end of the allocated dining time.

 

Special Requests

Please inform us of any dietary requirements, prams, or high chairs when submitting your

booking request so we can prepare accordingly.

 

Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text message from our team.
