First-Time Booking Reservation Credit

As Ramen Bar is a limited-seat special event, our kitchen begins preparing specifically for the number of guests booked for each session.

​

For this reason, a $25 per person Reservation Credit is required for all first-time Ramen Bar bookings.

Your Reservation Credit is not an additional fee. Once your attendance has been confirmed through our final confirmation, you will receive the equivalent value as an Online Order Credit via text message, ready to use for your Ramen Bar order.

Once you have visited Ramen Bar, future bookings can be made without a Reservation Credit.

Reservation Credit Policy

​

• $25 per person for first-time Ramen Bar bookings

​

• Your Reservation Credit will be issued as an Online Order Credit once your final attendance is confirmed

​

• Your Online Order Credit will be sent via text message

​

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking

​

• Cancellations, reductions in guest numbers and no-shows within 48 hours will result in the applicable Reservation Credit being forfeited

​

As each Ramen Bar session has limited availability and our preparation is based on confirmed guest numbers, we kindly ask that bookings are made for guests who are planning to attend.
